With our support, your team will learn to recognize the ways implicit and explicit bias impacts their work, and they will gain tools for creating equitable workplaces and programs. Our workshops and coaching sessions are designed to engage individuals and teams in co-creating workspaces where systemic harms are addressed and where individuals are able to thrive.

We believe that liberation is possible through collective action. Through bringing people together to learn the impacts of racism, sexism, anti-LGBTQ+ bigotry, transphobia, ableism and more, Liberation in Action works with your team to address – with curiosity and courageousness – how these social systems of oppression interrupt your work and workplace.

“In every age, no matter how cruel the oppression carried on by those in power, there have been those who struggled for a different world. I believe this is the genius of humankind, the thing that makes us half divine: the fact that some human beings can envision a world that has never existed.”
